Here are some simple ways to identify your strengths:

1. Recognize patterns.

Throughout your life what seems to have come easy for you?

2. Listen to those around you.

Are those around you mentioning how well you perform a certain task or tasks?

3. Take time to reflect.

Are you taking the time to carefully examine your strengths so you can build on them?

What are your weaknesses?

Knowing where you are NOT gifted is also key to pursuing your true potential. 

Here are some simple ways to identify your weaknesses:

1. Recognize patterns.

Throughout your life what seems to have come hard to you?

2. If it feels hard, it may not be an area of your giftedness.

A weakness can become visible if when performing a task it seems abnormally difficult.

3. Take time to reflect.

Are you taking the time to carefully examine your weaknesses so that you can focus on developing your strengths instead?
